DONOR / PRODUCER / DISTRIBUTOR:
a) Dedicated dashboard – with the main activity indicators and immediate comparison with the entire LISBOA ZERO network;
b) Donation sending – which allows the activation of donations – “Frequent” or “Special”;
c) Entity Report – which allows access to personalized reports of its activity;
d) Benchmarking KPIs – Global, Sectorial (with the user’s sector by default) and Regional;
e) User support – to create orders;
f) Profile management;
g) Management or consultation of users – can only have the consultation or editing mode, according to the permissions assigned;
h) Management or consultation of the protocol – can have only the consultation or editing mode, according to the permissions assigned.
RECEIVER:

b) Registration of receipt of donations – which allows to register all donations received by the different donors associated with each recipient;
c) Entity Report – which allows access to personalized reports of its activity;

f) Profile management;
g) Management or consultation of users – can only have the consultation or editing mode, according to the permissions assigned;
